    8606-180350:
BB_DEC_TO_DBL does not set the error return parameter when
the decimal value is zero. This can lead to spurious errors
    being reported.

This patch also contains the following fixes rolled up from
    previous patches:

    8606-168303:
BB_DBL_TO_DEC can get a Pascal string error.
This routine is in the Business BASIC library, and is called
by other products when handling Business BASIC decimal data.

It seems there is a timing window between XM_POST_FILE_FOR_MAP_OUT
    and XM_CHECK_POINT_USER_FILES.

The list_header_ptr is unlocked by the map_out procedure after
partially adding a gufd's dirty pages ranges to post_ranges array. This
list_header_ptr is grabbed by checkpoint process. checkpoint process
sets the bit range to 0 after adding the gufd to the post_ranges. When
map_out gets the control back, bits are all 0 but trange <>0 - trange
tells there were some more ranges to be posted. So, the SA2182.

The temporary workaround is to not enable ALTERCHKPSTAT in VOLUTIL for a
    private volume.

    =========================================
When a program tries to use AIFSCPUT item #3058 to modify the user
version, the program completes without error, but the change is not
made (e.g., :SHOWME shows the same user version as before the program
    was run).

AIFSCPUT item #3058 contains a defect which causes a pointer to not
be properly initialized unless AIF logging is enabled.

In addition, even if AIF logging is enabled and the user version is
changed, the change may not be as expected, because although document-
ation indicates the format for the new value is of the form V.UU.FF,
the code actually expects the value in the form VV.UU.FF.

This patch will ensure the pointer is properly initialized regardless
of whether or not AIF logging is enabled. The proper incoming value
should be of the form VV.UU.FF; documentation should be changed to
    reflect this.

    External Symptoms, Cause, Fix Description
    =========================================

    1. SR 5003-410738 (DTSFD48A/5.5)

An extra page eject is made at the beginning of a print listing sent to
a serial printer if accessed through a file equation whose ENV
parameter refers to a network printer set_up file, and the spoolfile
contains leading %61 CCTL characters. The same spoolfile prints correct
       on a network printer.

    2. SR 5003-424556 (DTSFD58A/5.5)

TermDSM/Upload fails with the error 'Bad RMP packet received from DTC.
(TDSM 251)'. The problem occurs on Host_based DTC management only.

    3. SR 1653-232769 (DTSFD66A/5.5)

Enhance FDEVICECONTROL to reset FDEVICECONTROL 192 parm1=74 (for APPIC)

    4. 5.5 patch rollover to include DTSFD81/5.5, DTSFDA3/5.5, and DTSFDC8/5.5

    5. SR 4701-429530 C.60.01 TERMDSM asks for support password then does not

    Dump analysis
    ==============
    1. SR 5003-410738 (DTSFD48A/5.5)

The network printer set_up file is attached to the spoolfile as ASCII
data. Therefore the serial printer driver inserts a page eject in
the data sent to a printer when a CCTL %61 (conditional page eject)
       is detected in the spoolfile.

    2. SR 5003-424556 (DTSFD58A/5.5)

Some DTCs are not successfully UPLOADed if the UPLOAD is invoked from
TermDSM. TermDSM returns the error 'Bad RMP Packet received from DTC
       (TDSM 251).'

    3. SR 1653-232769 (DTSFD66A/5.5, DTSFDB8A/6.0)

The customer, APPIC, need to change FDC 192,74 so that a call can be ma
to reset a previous FDC 192,74 that has suppressed Form Feed. They nee
this so that a spool file can be sent to either a DTC printer or a netw
printer and the Form Feed behaviour at the end of the print will be the
same. With the current FDC 74, APPIC interpreted spool files print fin
on network printers but do not have a page eject at the end of the
print listing when the same file is sent to a DTC printer.

    4. See 5.5 patches DTSFD81, DTSFDA3, DTSFDC8 for problem description.
       (DTSFDE0A)

    5. SR 4701-429530 (DTSFDF5A)
C.60.01 TERMDSM asks for support password then does not work.
Also, When you do NMMAINT,26 you will find product's version mismatc
       for TIO_NDM_VER:
       NL procedure: TIO_NDM_VER Version: C0100505

Then, get the following console message:

Update levels differ in one or more modules. (NMERR 102)
       MPE XL Terminal I/O 32022B overall version = C.??.??

    6. 1653-304964 (DTSFDE6A/5.5)
For APPIC products using ENV file for printing, unwanted page eject
is done between the ENV file execution and the listing on serial
       printers.

    7. 1653-299800 (DTSFDE8A/5.5)

DTS Hang because there's no more free entries in Device Data
Buffer Pool. All $1d4 buffers were in use.

    10. 5003-461061 (DTSFDF7A/5.5)
        Dynamic Configuration:
Can't change PAD device name dynamically after installing
        DTSFD81.

    11. 8606-108226 (DTSFDJ2/5.5)
SA1334, printer DIOM port running out of message frames.
System Abort #1334 from Subsystem #110 (Clock/Timers Manager)
Clock failed to notify a port of a clock interrupt.

Seconday Status: info=#170, Subsystem = #122 (Port Facility)
An error (from Table Mgmt) was encountered when trying to
obtain a message frame from the port's message pool. Usually
the error is due to the table(pool) being empty.

    12. 5003-462952 (DTSFDL3/5.5)
Dynamic PAD Configurations, LOGDCC file becomes quite large
because same messages are being written multiple times.

    13. 8606-107778 (DTSFDL3/5.5)
Thousands of I/O ERROR from DTS-IIOM, MGR CODE 134, are being
logged in the system-log files introduced by a bugcatcher.

    14. 8606-152736 SA1458 from DTCCNTRL, DTCPROG's port message pool
                     being trashed.

Please see 8606152736(JAGad22066) for stack trace and details.

    15. 8606-131764 SA1458 from process_dynconf.modify_pad_port+$8e4.

    16. 8606-142450 Still getting lots of DTS I/O errors in system logs
                     even after applying DTSFDN0.

    17. 8606-158129 After moving up to 60.02, extra spaces in the 1st line
of 1st page shove the text/data to the far right. The
                     rest prints ok.
