    Replaced calls to lan_kill_module with nslcloselink. This should have
    been done earlier to support 100BT, but somehow was left out in the

    This problem may happen when both DATE>= and PARTIALDB options are used
    with STORE's ONLINE backup (any of the online options). If one file of
    a database is selected by date for the partial backup and there are
    others that are not, then there is a chance that this problem may
    occur. This problem is seen most frequently on TurboIMAGE databases
    which are enabled for autodefer using dbcontrol.

    STORE ^BKPDLYD;;PARTIALDB;ONLINE=START;DATE>=04/30/2002
    ..
    /SCM/PUB/PCDB01 NOT STORED: UNEXPECTED SHADOW ERROR -38 ENCOUNTERED
    SHADOW GET AI LOGGING INFO ROUTINE ENCOUNTERED ERROR (S/R 3020)
    ...
    /SCM/PUB/PCDB01 NOT STORED: UNEXPECTED SHADOW ERROR -19 ENCOUNTERED

    The "problem" file should be on the backup, but does not get stored
    because store mistakenly disables shadow logging for it.

    Patch-to-Patch Dependencies
    ===========================
    New CIERR error messages for MPEMX28, which this patch supersedes, are
    included in MPEMX29. So it is recommended that MPEMX29 (or a patch
    which supersedes it) also be installed if this has not already been
    done.

    External Symptoms, Cause, Fix Description
    =========================================

    Note: This patch is is a rework of fixes originally presented in
    patch MPELXV2. For 6.5 and 7.0, patch MPEMX28 backs out improper fixes
    in MPELXV2 and this patch, MPEMX43, reinstates the proper fixes from
    MPELXV2. For 6.0, this patch, MPEMX43 overlays the improper fixes from
    MPELXV2.

    1) duplicate CIWARN 10008:

    Using the following jobcard will generate a duplicate warning message
    I.e. duplicate specification of JOBQ together with OUTCLASS generates:

    !JOB jobname,user.account,group;OUTCLASS=xxx;JOBQ=yyy;JOBQ=yyy

    This duplicate specification overrides previous specification. (CIWARN
    10008)
    This duplicate specification overrides previous specification. (CIWARN
    10008)

    2) Multiple Job Queue TOTAL counter getting out of sync

    This can happen if a job fails to logon because of not being able
    to collect required resources (like a spoolfile, or a logon home
    group).

    3) MISSING GROUP (js 61)

    Jobs can fail to logon with the error message (on the console)
       /MISSING GROUP FOR "TEST,MANAGER.SYS," ON LDEV #10. (js 61)
    if there is a duplicate ;JOBQ= option on the jobcard.
