Well, after my intro several of you wrote back saying good luck with SHADOW
etc..  Is there an alternative to SHADOW that is free?  I am doing this
because currently management doesn't see a need for an IDS either host based
or network based and was trying to provide them with data at first to let
them realize that they need it.  Then I was going to try other commercial
software.  
I could be wrong here, so any feed back would be appreciated on this if
there is a better way to go about it.
