Hi all,
Recently i saw a sniffer program which while installing asked for IE 5.0. Once IE5.0 is installed, it stared sniffing. Till now i was under the impression that we need to do something with the hardware for sniffing. But is it possible to put the system in to promiscous mode programatically and what role IE5.0 plays in it...
regards
satya
