Well, I guess you could ask them to convert over to RFC1312 and
direct the traffic to securityfocus.com:9.

Or maybe use RFC1776 instead, at least that we could filter on our
firewalls. They can also refer to RFC2321 if all fails. RFC 1149 and
2549 come to mind too...

Maybe you need to take a look at RFC2324 yourself, though... ;)
