W*ndo*s 2*06 has suddenly been awakened and starts to signals its Creator.
When there is no response, W*ndo*s 2*06 blasts energy bolts at the planet
in an attempt to rid it of all its carbon infestations. At the center of
the chamber, the young boy is surprised to discover that W*ndo*s 2*06 is in
reality a twentieth century Earth primitive operating system. Then the
voice from the mountains echoed: "Learn all that is learnable and return
    that information to the Creator."

    /cheers

2121: The rebuilding of Civilisation after the Vanquishing of the space
hackers is nearing completion. People find they once again want to
automate the mundane tasks in their lives. There are many rumours of
incredible machines that can perform many important tasks simultaneously,
but the secrets of those machines are held by the Priests of *nix who are
dedicated to preserving the lore and to not let it fall into the hands of
the people where it could be corrupted and used for evil.

However, a young boy, part of a party exploring the old Cities finds a
remarkably preserved machine from the Old Times. With a random pressing of
keys the machine bursts into life... a screen lights up behind a film of
dust and grime. The young boy tries to clear the dirt for a better view,
and through the gaps he can see some barely familiar characters: "W*ndo*s
    2*06".

    And the cycle continues.
