Twice I've received subpoenas that asked for the standard account info plus
copies of every complaint we might have received against the account.
Unfortunately I didn't get the privledge of "Jamming" them. On the first one, I
asked the agent what prompted him to do that and he said it was new boilerplate
being suggested by Washington.
