Nope. 22/UDP is typically an older version of pcAnywhere.

Subject: UDP port 22
Hi,
I occasionally see requests to open UDP port 22 on my servers. I know that
TCP 22 is typically for SSH. Is there such a thing as a UDP ssh
implementation or are the bad guys looking for something else?
