I've been receiving a large number of UDP DNS probes from (or spoofed
from) Korea, as well as zone transfer attempts. I know they've been
flying around a lot lately, and I was wondering if anyone had success in
contacting an ISP over there.
I've tried numerous times to contact them, but because the whois comes
back in Korean, I can't get specific info.
