This is the 'Regulation of Investigatory Powers Bill' (RIP Bill) which
is in fact in the process of being amended - heavily - by our House of
Lords.
Had it been allowed to go to the statute books unamended, online life
over here would have been impossible. As it stands, it's just going to
be difficult. Especially for Internet Service Providers / Hosting
companies :(
