It sounds to me like ya'll need form letters for complaints to ISPs
in other countries.
I am a monoglot, and I am just guessing that few of you could quickly
write an email in Korean, Portuguese, Polish or Japanese to send to
the proper authorities.
I guess it should read something like...
Dear SysAd,
On __DD/MM/YY__ we got <SELECT><OPTION>port scan<OPTION>smurph<OPTION>I dunno</SELECT>
from your host at ___dottedIP_____
Note that DD/MM/YY is the way they do it most everywhere but the states.
Oh, and a letter in Italian, also :)
Any volunteers to host the repository?
