Does anyone have any clue what this IP address is?

It has been slamming our web server with requests lately, but doesn't
seem to be actually using our site. Right now it hits our site almost
as much as our NOCOL monitoring, which hits it every five minutes.

We're probably going to block it at our router, since epoch won't bother
to tell us what, if anything, that machine is - whether it's a firewall
allowing multiple to hit our site, or a webspider, or the such.
