    Well, it's synscan by Psychoid... I think the URL's broken at the
    time. I have a copy, if you need it. It's a portscanner,
    actually. The ramen worm uses it to find new victims. Oh, by the
    way, if you used the whitehats ruleset, you'd know this, there's
    a special rule for synscan.
