I just happens to review the web server access log and I found a few
entries like this.... Seems like soneone is scanning for cobalt server..
is there a security problem out there w/ cobal servers? and is there a
scanning tool available out there?
195.92.95.61 - - [28/Feb/2001:13:33:33 -0500] "HEAD /cobalt-images/welcome2.gif
HTTP/1.0" 404 0
195.92.95.61 - - [24/Mar/2001:17:06:42 -0500] "HEAD /cobalt-images/welcome2.gif
HTTP/1.0" 404 0
Note: there is NO WHERE on my web page even have these links..... And
these are single requests (i.e. w/o ask for the index.html or what so
ever... seems like just want to get this welcome2.gif file...
Any ideas?
