And it's an easy matter for the telco's to see who is accessing what
accounts. Especially since this most likely isn't any elite
phreaking, or excuse me ... "hacking," as the article states, given
that accounts not yet set up are allegedly be targeted, but more along
the lines of no-brainer defaults.
