You basically have three options, from what I've been able to gather:

1) Pay tons of $$ to purchase Crystal Report builder and train someone on
how to use it and create your own reports (only the lite version of
Crystal is included with RealSecure so you can't use it to make your own
reports)

2) Hire someone from ISS or another 3rd party to create reports for you.

3) Open the database in MS Access directly and report on the raw data for
free.
