Hi!

as the raw packet driver is installed manually, you also have to remove
the network service manually before installing the new version. Thats
what you did, right?
You then have to reboot before installing the new raw pkt driver. You
will find the driver inside system control panel -> devices. Please make
sure it is removed before installing the new driver. The driver module
is \winnt\system32\drivers\iss.sys, the corresponding key is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-System-ControlSet-Services-ISS Raw Pcket Driver. You
can manually remove that key if needed before reinstallig the service.
