Yes it is possible to collect these type of statistics. Although not
trivial, it actually does produce the number of packets that have been
examined by ISS RealSecure.

What type of statistics are you looking for??

Are you looking for statistics so you can determine whether a particular
filter and/or incoming traffic is being examined by both your router and
your ISS RealSecure or just overall number of packets??

I need to find information on the number of packets my Real Secure box can
handle. I want to take my router statistics and determine how many
packets are coming in on my network segment and compare it with how many
packets are being processed by RealSecure. RS does not provide these
stats, so does anyone know what the best way to make a tangible comparison
is? I want to determine if the the stats on my router match up with the
number of packets coming in on RS to see if RS is dropping any packets.
