    All,

It isn't actually a RealSecure database problem, it's that the RS 5.5
console uses Access 2000 MDB (thus it's a Microsoft DB) and RS 5.0 and
previous versions use Access 97 format.

We've found that end-users that experience this 'RSLog' issue did not have
Access 2000 installed or needed to reinstall Access 2000.

The other option is correct and a much easier route, in that you can use a
fresh MDB file from RS 5.0 console to synch your data to. This can be
    obtained by contacting supportiss.net

    Cheers,

I recently ran into the same issue. It turns out that the problem was a
corrupted Real Secure database. I replaced the database with a "fresh copy"
(which you can get from ISS support) and the error went away. You might also
want to check your paths that point to the database which are specified
under options>Database (especially if you have recently moved your Real
    Secure .mdb file).

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Guys

    Problem 1.
I'm unable to generate the reports in RealSecure 5.5 with network sensor 5.0

The error while I try to generate reports is

    Seagate Crystal Reports
File could not be opened: "RSLOg", at file location: "RSLog"

Any idea how to solve this problem??

    Problem 2?
The console logs in RS 3.2 used to show a red dot whenever a event was
killed...RS 5.5 shows all logs with blue dots...is This normal???

    Cordially
    Satish
