If you are using the Nokia Sensors, forget about downgrading your console database. Downgrading the DB file will cause your sensors to lockup the console during sync operations. Access2000 is the only solution with Nokias.

I concur with Brian. We had this same problem and solved it by installing
Office 2000.

Jeff,
RS 5.5 moved to an Access 2000 DB format. You could try installing Access
2000 on that machine that the console is on or just use an RS 5.0 console DB
(and not worry about Access 2000).
