I saw this problem as well. It turns out the downloaded file was given a
.zip extension by the NT workstation. The filename will look like
RSNetSnsr_MU_3.1.xpu.zip. Remove the .zip extension and the XPU update
process will see the file correctly. XPU 3.2 does the same thing.
