Don't know how much this will help you, but Symantec has a tool that
will remove most cases of the LoveLetter worm. However, I don't know if
their tool will work if you try to run it in a batch file. Read what
the tool does and I'll bet based off what they do, you could create your
own batch file. Good luck.
