    You know what, I am having the same problem coming out of standby on my Dell
    laptop. I am runnung 3.5edk...so I take back my suggestion <grin>.

    I originally installed BI first then NAV.

    Note: this was working so it may be an unrelated problem to BI.

    I do have Norton 2002 (manually installed) on XP with SP1 and with BI
    3.5.
    I am willing to remove and re-install.
    I am fairly confident that the blue screen I get is related to hibernate
    mode, since when I shut that off I I have not seen it.

    What installation order is recommended - NAV then BI or vice versa?
