Dear Sirs,
The site protector 2.0 is installed on Windows 2000 Server with SP3 and MSSQL 2000 with SP3a on the same machine, and when I try to update the desktop Controller, then I have the following error:
Installation of update failed.ERROR: CommNotify - the wait for an event timed out. [ID=0xc742000e]
Command is executing, waiting for the version to change from 6.9 (SR 2.1), timeout in 00:10
Sensor is restarting, attempting to reconnect to the sensor, timeout in 09:50
Command is executing, waiting for the version to change from 6.9 (SR 2.1), timeout in 10:00
Waiting 10 minutes for install to begin for update package update\Site_Protector\DesktopController69_WINNT_XXX_ST_2_2.xpu
Starting install of update package update\Site_Protector\DesktopController69_WINNT_XXX_ST_2_2.xpu
Acquire master status on Sensor DesktopController_xxxx_serverxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx#6) successful.
Installing update ...
Update file update\Site_Protector\DesktopController69_WINNT_XXX_ST_2_2.xpu has already been downloaded, no need to download.
