Open the policy w/ policy editor. Along the bottom of the left pane, there are various tabs. Familiarize yourself with the event and packet filter tabs and what fields are needed to create the filter.

Inspect the events in the console that you do not want and create filters based on the info contained within the inspected events.

hi all,
where in the policy do i make the change so that the smtp logs do not
appear in the console. I havent selected anything in the E-mail
including pop. Apart from this smtp still keeps coming. since i have a
mail server in my network, and dialup customers...not to mention about
the no. of smtp logs that makes me clear the DB freq :-)
