Keys - yes, just copy them in afterwards
Database - theoreticaly you could preserve it but.....with the complexity of database XPUs, getting it back to the right version synchronised with the App Server might be a challenge. I have personally never been willing to take this operational risk.

Is it possible to reinstall SiteProtector 2.0 SP2 without losing the
database (on M$ SQL Server) and the cryptographic keys?
