[ISSForum] ISS 7.0 Scanner ADF Event Messages ?

What is the meaning of the messages listed below? The messages started after a user was removed from the system where the ISS scanner tool is installed.
ADF event channel could not be opened
Open Control Channel Response Received with status 2148073487
We've tried creating other ADF files but no change. Unable to scan. It may be that the ISS tool was installed under the account that was deleted. If so,
is reinstalling the sensor under the administrator id the only fix?
