[ISSForum] Unable to start Fusion module

Hi all,
One of our Fusion modules appears offline, the error produces when
attempting to start remotely is as follows;
Failed to open control channel to the sensor. ERROR: Unable to create
directory %s. [ID=0xc7420012]
Does anyone have an idea as to what would produce this?
