Hi all,

  Can anyone tell me how to solve the below problems:

 At the time of login in the Siteprotector i am getting some license errors with two tabls ACKNOWLEDGE & HELP, only if select the
Acknowledge tab i am able to login.
 But after login in siteprotector the State of the License is displayed as Good.
 Also the SP core sevice gets & the SFM sensor goes in the Unknow status.

Kindly tell me as to what actually is the problem & how do i solve it.
