KBA #2345 (http://iss.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iss.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2345)
will give you the queries you need to purge your database. I wouldn't
recommend running on MSDE because of the 2GB limit unless that is only
a test environment. If that is your production environment, I'd
highly recommend upgrading to a full version of SQL Server 2000.

To run the queries, just open a command prompt on your database
machine and run the command:
    osql -E -d realsecuredb
Then type the query you want to run, hit enter and type "go" and hit enter.
When you are done entering queries, type "quit".
