[ISSForum] Internet Scanner - "A CML exception was caught ..."

We are getting the following error on a couple of our Internet Scanner
servers when scheduling/running scans from the command line.

startscan for scanner_1 at 127.0.0.1 completed with error C730001B A CML
exception was caught. See log file for details. [ID=0xc730001b]

Here is what the log shows:

EngineMgrCommNotify - Starting CMLCommandComplete, status=0,
host=127.0.0.1, engine=scanner_1, MessageId=3

C7380003: Parse operation: Fatal error parsing file "ISS CML Stream",

   Message: Conditional section in internal subset; error = 0xc7380003
12/15/2006 10:48:58.46 EngineMgr Unknown CML Command Complete,

I can not find a file named "ISS CML Stream." Anyone have an idea? Our
other scanners were setup the same way as these and they work fine using
the command line.
