What kind of update you are trying to download?

Maybe it is an issue Restart Siteprotector Web server service and try again

Hi,
   
  I am trying to update siteprotector components using xpress updates and the updates are failing.
   
  issdkxpuManager returned error downloading file *.xpu the server returned an http error
   
  There is no proxy and ports are opened in firewall for update to work.
   
  I tried restarting the services, restarting the server itself.
   
  Has anyone faced the same issue? Is it a known issue ?
