I am getting past the base64.o. I get to:
../../unxlnga.pro/slb/neon.lib

When doing $>./bootstrap

Then it dies with
"dmake:Error code 19, while making '../../unxlnga.pro/slb/neon.lib'
dmake: '../../unxlnga.pro/slb/neon.lib' removed.
---* TG_SLO/MK *---
Error 65280 occurred while making /ooffice/oo_638_src/external/neon/rtufiles"
