Hi,
I have a UP2k+ with dual 833/4MB DDR CPUs (SRM 5.8-81) with 18 GB SCSI and
an Oxygen VX1 32 MB card running RH7.1 ( kernel 2.4.3-12 smp) and XF86
4.0.3-21
The system is working fine at the Linux command line, but on starting X,
the system randomly hangs with the keyboard locking completely and the
display going blank. Sometimes it launches X correctly and in such cases,
it works fine.
I had seen Jay's earlier mail (below), but I am using RH 7.1, so maybe the
problem lies elsewhere ?

thanks,
Amal.
