You are trying to INSTALL right? (Some of the advice
is telling you how to boot the hard disk)
I have a Miata with similar hardware and I have
    RedHat 7.1 running.
Clearly SRM can see your hardware else 'show dev'
would not list it. Clearly 'dka0' is your CD drive.
Lets do this one piece at a time...

First make sure there are no funny args hidden in SRM

    >>>show boot*

make sure the variables 'bootdef-dev', 'boot_osflags'
are set to "" else SRM will use them
    Now type

    >>>boot dka0

    You should get

    aboot>

IF YOU DO then this was read off the CDROM, now type an "L"
    for list

    aboot>l
This will list the options from aboot.conf, try each
    option in turn...

    aboot>0
    aboot>1
    aboot>2... etc

If you get (as you said before)
    ================================
    aboot: loading compressed kernels/vmlinux.gz
     unzip: crc error
    ================================
Then the file 'kernels/vmlinux.gz' on the CDROM has a bad
checksum. Try reading this file on another machine and
    do
'gunzip -l kernels/vmlinux.gz' to verify the file

good file can be got from:
    ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.1/en/os/alpha/kernels/

There are two other things to do before RedHat installer
will work properly. First zero the partition table
    >>>set os_type NT
and reboot, use AlphaBIOS to delete existing partitions
then switch back to SRM 'CMOS SETUP'->F6 set Console to SRM,
reboot (now os_type should be Unix)
Second you need to make a BSD label on the disk else
after install SRM won't boot hard disk. See Installation notes
    paragraph 4
    ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.1/en/os/alpha/RELEASE-NOTES

I see you have more than one hard disk,
    DEC calls them 'dkc200', 'dkc400'
    RedHat calls them /dev/sda2, /dev/sda3
so your flags will be 'root=/dev/sda2' or 'root=/dev/sda3'
