I stand corrected. The 810 and Tulip (I/O module) is not in an EISA slot!!! Should have used a flash light and learned to count properly the first time I looked.

Did not adjust any thing on the I/O module or with SCSI terminations. I am assuming it is device contention between the CD Rom, Floppy drive and the SCSI hard disks. Good old 'time' was responsible for the quick fix approach.
