Thanks again, Arkadiy. I rebuilt binutils-2.14 using the newly built
gcc-3.3.2 and replace the one I built earlier with gcc-2.95.3.

Next, I'm going to try and rebuild glibc-2.3.2. I gather from your other
posting that this was rather uneventful for you. Questions: when you
replace the link /lib/libc.so.6.1 from pointing to libc-2.2.4.so to
libc-2.3.2.so, did you notice anything break? Did you have to recompile any
packages?

I also want to change my XFree86 from 4.1.0-29-4hp (RPM) to 4.3.0. I have
some questions regarding that, but I'll start a new thread.
