Hi
Recentely i have started getting problems on my alpha
ie Up2000+ board and 21264 processor (733mhz with 8mb cache). The error which i am getting is

TSUNAMI MACHINE CHECK : Vector=0x670 pc=0xffffc0000348aa4 code=0x100000098

machine check type : processor detected hard error

can anybody help me in this matter
