I did the install. At the time I created / (on /dev/hda1) and /boot
(on /dev/hda2) as ext3 partitions (leaving about 80MB free at the
beginning of the disk). ALl went fine until it came time to boot the
installed system.
aboot 1.0_pre20040408 comes up but it claims:
ext2 sb read failed
aboot: mount of partition 2 failed
Partition 2 is invalid. Please try another with 'p'
I booted with the CD, mounted the two partitions. They look fine. I
used /tmp/root/sbin/swriteboot to output /tmp/boot/bootlx to the disk,
but it made no difference.
Any ideas?
Thanks ../Dave
