SX164 CPU Fan

Hi folks:

While cleaning my SX164 (a DCG machine) I found that the CPU fan had a
broken side -- still works, but I'd much rather replace it. Can anyone
suggest a compatibel replacement? The fan has these markings:

SHICOH ICFAN S0510-12V 5HXB
