The CPU has been pulled from a PWS 500a according to the seller,
and it has the original heatsink.

According to the DEC reference manual the board should be able
to run the CPU at 433, 533 and 600 MHz. The jumper settings are
published as well (sorry, I have mistaken the frequency).
