    The subtle distinction is that the above is our claim for BSD binaries, but
    not for GPL binaries.

    I suspect so. But what matters to me is convincing you (and the rest of the
    community) of that.

    You get full GPL rights to all GPL'd code on our disk. No funny business.
    Period.
