Cool, these don't look functionally different than the patches I've been
maintaing since mozilla 0.8.1. The StackGuard patch was originally
written by Leslie Ann Ong of the Oregon Graduate Institute (now part of
OHSU). I wrote the formatguard patch.

As Crispin mentioned, I do have personal mozilla packages available, though
the 1.0 release is the latest that I've prepared. They're available at:

      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-chat-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-devel-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-dom-inspector-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-js-debugger-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-mail-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-nspr-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-nspr-devel-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-nss-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-nss-devel-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/ximian-1.4/build-7+/stage4/RPMS/mozilla-psm-1.0.0-4_nxnw.i386.rpm

The source RPM is available here:

      mozilla-1.0.0-4_nxnw.src.rpm

There's also a bunch of Ximian packages there as well, though I'd
appreciate it if people went easy on that web server, as it's my
personal DSL line. I have not yet had time to push the packages up to
    ibiblio.

Also, if people would like to use the mozilla package in particular,
and Immunix packages in general, on non-Immunix systems, I've created a
compatability library, called libcompat_immunix.so which provides the
Formatguard functions that do not exist in a stock glibc. The binary
and source RPMs are located at:

      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/nxnw.org/RPMS/compat_immunix-1.0-1_nxnw.i386.rpm
      http://www.nxnw.org/distro/nxnw.org/SRPMS/compat_immunix-1.0-1_nxnw.src.rpm

To use it with an Immunix program, one would set the LD_PRELOAD
    environment variable:

      % LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/immunix/libcompat_immunix.so [program]

    or

      % export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/immunix/libcompat_immunix.so
      % [program]

Placing the latter export line in the mozilla startup script located in
/usr/lib/mozilla-X.X.X/mozilla is probably the right way to do it.

IMPORTANT: all the packages located on nxnw.org are done as personal
side projects by me, and are in no way supported by the WireX/Immunix
team. If they break, you get to keep both pieces. I suspect Crispin
won't object to discussions about the packages occurring on
    immunix-users.

    Thanks.
