I have an RPM that I install that's basically some %post install scripts
that set up the environment:
ftp://ftp.nakedape.cc/pub/contrib/bind-jail. I don't do a full chroot;
I just use the option to named and let it chroot itself. You've got to
do a little after installing it; see 'rpm -qi bind-jail'.
