Unfortunately, it was a second-hand report posted to a private mailing
list that I do not own, so I can't give you a public URL.
Severity was high: login on the console was broken, and the reporting
person had to use a rescue disk to get the machine back. But since it is
not universally reported, there are complex circumstances that cause the
problem to appear. All of which makes it laborious to issue a good patch.
