I'd assume in the given case:
crucigera{pa}390: chage
Usage: chage [ -l ] [ -m min_days ] [ -M max_days ] [ -W warn ]
[ -I inactive ] [ -E expire ] [ -d last_day ] user
crucigera{pa}391:
i.e. b2 was running it without further arguments, so chage used argv[0]
in that Usage message.
