Firstly, RIPE's allocation *practice* is a lot less strict then their
allocation *theory*. They just want to make sure that you care and
then you get a gazillion addresses. Secondly, its absolutely within
the limits of the guidelines to get one address per service, so one Ip
for anon and one IP for non-anon ftp is no problem at all.
(I've worked for a Local Internet Registry once and the RIPE
hostmasters are a lot nicer than they are tought to be).
