Ummm... why are you trying to update to 2mdk? The fixed update is
0.91-4mdk for 7.0 which is in updates. That one has no requirement
for t1lib at all.

The advisory you quoted below said the upgraded package was -4mdk, did
it not? Try upgrading to that version. It should work.
