Don't let the uptime in the sig fool you... =) I've had LIDS running
quite stably and smoothly for the last 48hrs now with the exception of
some email problem when it was talking to my local qmail server. The
20 minute uptime is a result of one last build with some fixes to the
patch to allow it to send mail via qmail.

I'm hoping to have everything ready for public perusal mid to end of
next week, including a writeup on MandrakeSecure for those of you want
to give LIDS a shot. It really isn't that difficult and it offers
some amazing security advantages even in the extremely basic form I
plan to use as a "base" (great for workstations, probably too relaxed
    for a server environment).

Anyways, I'm really excited about LIDS and couldn't help myself in
mentioning that I think I finally got the leg-work done and now just
need to write something up so all of you can take advantage of this
last week of mucking around... =)
