In the headers of the email you sent (just like all the others you
received from the list), you would see:

list-help: <mailto:discuss-helpmandrakesecure.net>
list-unsubscribe: <mailto:discuss-unsubscribemandrakesecure.net>
list-post: <mailto:discussmandrakesecure.net>

Please do the courtesy next time of either retaining your welcome
message (which has this info) or at least checking your email headers
before posting to a list. I am not sure how you would view the headers
with your AOL 7.0 mail client, but it can't be that hard.
